Welcome to Space City Pawties! By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of Services: We provide dog party rentals and event services across Texas. You agree to provide accurate information and use our services responsibly.

Bookings & Payments: A completed form and payment are required to confirm your booking. Final payment is due before the event. All transactions are handled through secure third-party platforms.

Cancellations: Cancel online at least 5 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable. Events may be rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance, based on availability.

Equipment Use: Rental items must be returned clean and undamaged. Clients are responsible for supervising pets and ensuring safe use. We are not liable for accidents due to misuse or lack of supervision.

Behavior & Safety: Aggressive dogs or unsafe environments may lead to early termination without a refund. All dogs must be vaccinated and healthy on the event date.

Weather Policy: For outdoor events, please plan for weather. We will try to reschedule weather-affected events, but availability is not guaranteed. Requests must be made within 48 hours.

Intellectual Property: All images, logos, and content belong to Space City Pawties and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability is the amount paid for the specific event. We are not liable for incidental or indirect damages.

Governing Law: These terms follow Texas law. Disputes will be handled in Harris County, TX, unless both parties agree otherwise.
