Return & Refund Policy

At Space City Pawties, we strive to make every dog party paw-sitively perfect! Please review our return and refund policy below for all rental items and services.

Rental Returns

All rented items (such as play equipment, games, decor, etc.) must be returned in the same condition as received. Items must be clean, undamaged, and returned by the agreed-upon return time.

Late returns may incur additional fees.
Items damaged beyond normal wear and tear may result in a partial or full replacement charge.

Cancellations and Refunds

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 5 days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 72 hours and 5 days before the event will be refunded 85% of the total booking price.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event or no-shows are non-refundable.

If your requested date or time is unavailable, our team will reach out promptly to reschedule or issue a full refund.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom items (e.g. personalized favors, digital invitations, event t-shirts) are non-refundable once production has begun. If you cancel your event after production has started, the cost of custom items will be deducted from your refund.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their event up to 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
