All customization details are discussed during your consultation, which takes place within 1–2 days after you submit a booking request. During this time, you'll share your preferred color combinations and theme ideas for balloons, backdrops, t-shirts, bandanas, invitations, and party favors. We’ll use this information to create a pawty that’s perfectly tailored to your vision!

During the consultation—which can take place in person, via Zoom, FaceTime, or over the phone—we’ll discuss everything needed to plan your perfect pawty. You’ll customize select service options, share your party goals, and go over key details like location, venue concerns, number of guests, and hydration station preferences. We’ll also cover any special requests to ensure your event is tailored to you and your pup’s needs.

Within 24–48 hours of submitting your booking request, someone from Space City Pawties will reach out to you via email or phone to schedule a formal consultation and, if needed, an event walk-through. During this process, we’ll review your request and either confirm, decline, or reschedule the services based on availability and event details.
