Cancellation Policy
At Space City Pawties, we are committed to delivering exceptional and well-coordinated dog party experiences. In order to maintain the highest quality of service and accommodate all of our valued clients efficiently, we kindly request adherence to the following scheduling and cancellation policy: Scheduling and Rescheduling: Appointments may be scheduled online through our official booking platform. If the time you request is unavailable, a member of our team will contact you directly to offer the closest available alternative. Clients may reschedule their session up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled event time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated and are not guaranteed. Cancellations and No-Shows: Clients may cancel their scheduled service online up to five (5) days in advance without incurring any penalty. Cancellations made fewer than five (5) days before the scheduled service, or failure to attend the scheduled appointment (“no-shows”), will result in a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the session price. This fee is intended to offset staffing, preparation, and material costs already allocated to the planned service. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Your adherence to these policies enables us to continue providing reliable, joyful, and high-quality party experiences for every client and their canine companions.
